I am getting the following erro

Following is the summary of warnings and errors encountered by File Replication Service while polling the Domain Controller server.domain.com for FRS replica set configuration information.

I have run therough the article on the 13562 but to no avail! I have recently removed a domain controller usin the DC promo and have not experienced any other problems ??
