I'm looking for a case fans that push a lot of air without
being extremely loud. The noise level on this fan is listed
as 45.5 dB? Is that pretty bad? Also are the Panaflo's
high quality fans?

For the amount of air it moves and the pitch of the sound, it's not
deafening, but it's not quiet either.

Yeah, that's kinda loud for a fan, but if it moves a lot of air it may
be worth it. I've taken a few Macs apart and they have one large
powerful fan in the middle, supported on rubber feet. The idea is
that one big fan is better than lots of small ones. Panaflo is a
quality name.
