Posted this on XP community as that's what I am running, but it was suggested
that I post it here..

Any help would be appreciated

Don't know.. I have had it just start after rebooting and killing all active
programs

you can go and set it to to low it should let u set it to low use os the cpu
and will not map it over a 100% it should run about 1% to 20% of your cpu i

It turns out that I had off line files on for my photo, music, etc. folders.
It was trying to synch a lot of data for off line viewing. When I disabled
off line files the issue was resolved.

How did you disable the off line viewing? I'm not having this problem but
the info may come in handy.
