100% Cpu Usage At All Times!!!!

HI

okay here goes....

i recently formatted my dell pc and am having no end of problems with
that but thats another story.

anyways i'v checked my CPU usage and its running at 100% all the times
without running any programs at all and my pge file usage is around 125
mb i wonder if anyone can help me with this????

You haven't provided enough info. What process is using so much of the CPU?
Did this start immediately upon the clean install or after you connected to
the internet and/or installed some programs?

Downesx,

When you click CTRL + ALT + DEL you see the processes tab. Which process is
hogging the CPU usage?

Once we know that we'll be able to help you further,

sorry i tried to get the required info but i have put my computer on
safe mode and to try to connect to the internet but now it will not
turn off!!! (yet another problem hahahaha) i did manage to have a look
before i mucked it up there was about 20 programs running with sum
running with about 20000kbs of memory (about 3 or 4) me not running
anything myself on the computer i now that this probably wont help,
I'll try and more ifo soon

i have had this problem since i wiped and formated my home computer,
havent been able to connect to the internet since the formatand have
installed no additional programs other that needed drivers and wireless
modem drivers thats it guys hope this helps and again cheers for time
