Is it possible to have 1 windows account with 1 outlook client and 2
profiles? One profile connects to the exchange server using one user
account. The second profile logs into the same exchange server with
another account. It won't let me set up the exchange server twice.

You can only have 1 exchange acct per Outlook profile but you can have 2 (or
more) profiles in your windows acct. As long as it's the same exchange
server, you can add the second exchange mailbox to your profile. See
