I have 1 email address (POP3) that I want several people to access. So if a
person is away then another person can respond to the email sent (i.e
(E-Mail Removed) rather than a specific email address - (E-Mail Removed)). Currently
I have the address set for several users accessing their specific Outlook
file but it creates confusion because nobody knows if another person
responded to the email. I am leaving the messages on the email server but
would like to have an email request be removed once someone has responded to
it. Any suggestions would be grealty appreciated!

Configure each Outlook to delete messages from the server when the Deleted
Items folder is emptied and then have people delete the items once they
respond, then empty the Deleted Items folder.

Can't they talk to each other? I can't think of any way, given the
conditions you describe, that Outlook can be used to tell.
