1) I have Office Outlook 2007 (Home Office & Small Business). I want to
archive any e-mails from the 2007 calendar year. I'de like to keep them in a
discrete folder labeled "2007 Archive." The on-line tutorial didn't tell me
how to do this. Any advice?

2) I'd like to re-organize my mail folders so that my principal mailbox
appears at the top and is the default open in-box whenever I enter Outlook.
Suggestions?

Thank you, in advance.

1) In archive options you set the archive date as required and in the
section archive to, rename archive.pst to archive2007.pst (at whichever
location you desire)

(2) In Outlook go to Tool\Options\Other\General\Advanced Options and set the Start Up folder to your default Inbox
