Whenever I browse webpages, I often receive this stop error:

Stop: 0x8E (0xC5, 0xA946DC19, 0xA8B1389C, 0x00)

tcpip.sys - Address A946DC19 base at A9466000, DateStamp 488db33e

What does this mean?

I'm using XP SP3 on a HP Pavilion dv6000 laptop. I have no clue what I'm
doing wrong since everything else seems normal. It doesn't seem to happen
when I'm only using one window though. Somebody please tell me what's going
on here.

I'm sorry. I just realized this is in the wrong section. I don't see any
way for me to delete this but I'll repost this in the appropriate section.
Again, I apologize.
