You have not provided much information, such as version of Outlook. Did
Outlook work before? When did this start happening?
You'll want to doublecheck your email configuration. In the box that says
"email user name" you must enter your entire email address, not just the
username. Make sure you are using the correct POP3 & SMTP servers. Check your
ISP website for the details.
