0x800421a error message reappears after XP sp2 is loaded.

I installed office service pack 3 for office xp and then did Xp sp 2 and now
I get the 0x800421a error message constantly.
What am I supposed to do if this keeps happening?
I have deleted and then recreated the account which works for a while.
