Please help with any insight please.

13 users in environment all have email from same domain. 2 users suddenly
stopp working with 0x80040900 error on receiving email. Accounts were
functional yesterday.

Error reads that the server name entered can not be found on the network (it
might be down temporarily) Please verify that you are online adn that the
server name is correct.

INternet access is availalbe and email can be accessed via webmail. Account
was deleted as well as profile and recreated. OUtlook does not open in safe
mode. All temp files deleted. Acnpst ran and fixed an error.

How do I fix this please?

That remark is interesting. You are saying that it work in Normal Mode but
not in Safe Mode?
What happens when you try?
Which version of Outlook are you using?
Which mail account type are you using?

Thank you for repleying:

Outllok will open in normal adn Safe mode but errs out in both with the same
error message.

OUtlook 03 and it is a pop account.

what scares me is that there are 13 users in the business, 2 were working
Monday adn Tuesday but Wed morning this started, and I can not help but think
it was a MS update and once the res tof the users update they will fall
offline too.........
