0X80040600 in Outlook 2003

's Computer Specifications

I receive the error 0X80040600 when manually send/receive . I ran Scanpst and
it found no errors . Any ideas as what to try next .

Contact your ISP or check their website to make sure their settings haven't
changed for their POP3 and SMTP servers.
Also, create a new profile to see if that helps:
