"0x5d321a95" the memory could not be read

Hi,
Whenever i use VB6, after some time it gives message "The
instruction at "0x5d321a95" referenced memory
at "0x5d321a95" the memory could not be read" and
disappear vb IDE.
Why is it so, is there any solution

Can we assume that you have installed the latest
Visual Studio service pack ?
