Hi,

I just got a Dell notebook today from a scholarship and already it can't
boot. I get the blue screen with the usual suggestions that don't work and
are inaccessible considering I can't boot.

*** STOP: 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x823DFEF0, 0xC0000102, 0x00000000)

It happened after I uninstalled Norton Ghost, because I'm not going to pay
after my 90 days are up. I think it was trying to reallocate the backup
drive to C:/ that caused this. Since 90 days of Norton Ghost are even better
than a permanent restore disc, Dell didn't give one to me. I don't have a
Windows install or boot disc either since my desktop runs Linux. I can't
boot into safe mode either, tried every different boot option already.

Brandon
