hi,
I just got this error and I have no idea why this
happened. I have upgraded my motherboard and vbideo card
but I made sure they are both compatible wit hthe other
hardware like processor and memory. Does somebody know
why this error occurs and how to correct it?

I had the same error on a complete fresh install of xp.. twice in a
row
To cure it, i went into my sys bios and changed everything back to
default( clear cmos) and just enabled the things i was sure about,
(like agp video and not pci)
install went fine after that..
