This does use some JavaScript (but absolutely NO java). When IE6 and
earlier browsers are still in abundance you cannot get away from
JavaScript. In 10 or 20 years from now that will be possible.
http://www.seoconsultants.com/css/menus/tutorial/ is another choice.
You will need a little knowledge of CSS for both these menus. I use the
