This is a problem I've experienced as well with BCM 2003. Our company
changed everyone's email addresses and the BCM record updated itself from the
Global Directory. However, emails won't link to newly created Business
Contacts either...
Records no longer link to Business Contacts.
Any ideas why or how to fix? I'm tempted to reinstall. Thanks!
