I play Call of Duty quite a lot, and I keep getting the above warning in my
Event Viewer. It comes up every time I try to join a new map on Call of Duty.

I don`t know if it`s anything to do with PunkBuster or anything, as when I
search on
the service using Google, nothing is there in Google.

I`ve tried doing a "sc qc 0169btc7" query in a command line, to see where the
service is, and it says it`s not installed, so I`ve no idea what to do here.

Can you please help, or give some advice on a way forward, as I`m worried that
I`ve got something bad running, although I`m heartened to see it only giving
the
error when I play Call of Duty, so hope it`s something benign.

Cheers, and thanks for any help,

Caly

Hello, just to maybe help things here, I`ve just done a search for "0169btc7"
in my
registry, and there seems to be a Legacy Driver in my :-

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/ControlSet001/Enum/Root/Legacy_0169BTC7

Is there anything I can do here to stop Defender giving the error, or even
finding
out what the Legacy Driver is for, and whether I can remove it?

Cheers for any help,

Caly
