Help for IE says version 6 with 0 cypher strength. Can not
get into secure web sites. I had advice to rename a couple
of .dll files - did that. Then was advised to download IE
5.5 SP1 - could only find 5.5 SP2 and when I try to
download I get a message that a more current version is
already installed and I cannot install 5.5SP2. Did
download 6.0 SP1 but that did not help. Could not find a
high encryption pack for 6.0. What can help? - Thanks
